During this meditative prayer for teens 14 and older, participants are invited to disconnect from their busy schedules of school, activities, and social interests to take quiet time to reflect on their relationship with God, explore who they really are, and what is of real importance in their lives in this moment. Teens are encouraged to look into the gift of the Holy Spirit given to them at baptism and reinforced at confirmation and discover how to share their unique gift with others in their lives today.
