Professional Fees

All visits are an hour: $115 per session (During these hard times sliding scales are offered to people in need)

Packages: 3 sessions for $ 315.00 or 6 sessions for $ 610.00

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service when I meet with you in person. Cash or checks made out to MedesthaiChicago are accepted.

Payment is expected 24 hours in advance when I meet with you through Zoom.

Cancellation policy

For Individual Sessions: Clients who miss an appointment without providing notice will be charged the regular appointment fee, as will appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged.

In the event of a major, unexpected emergency, no charge will be made (not to exceed one time in 6 months).

There will be no charge for appointments cancelled due to dangerous travel conditions/weather.

Cancellation policies: If I need to cancel the course or a class during the course due to circumstances beyond my control (for example a weather or family emergency) I will provide a full refund in the case of a course cancellation, and a rescheduled class in the case of a class cancellation.

If you are registered and have paid but because of a serious reason like a medical emergency can’t follow the course then you are welcome to follow another course of the same duration. This offer is valid for 12 months after the first session of the course. In order to claim this, contact me at 224.315.9507 or joyjoannaa@gmail.com. I do not provide partial refunds if you miss one or more classes during the course duration.
