Life Coaching

 

Life coaching sessions can help you discover your direction and feel confident to pursue your dreams.

Not sure if life coaching is what you need right now? Here are some questions to ask yourself:

Your personal life:  

  • Do I feel derailed? Have I lost sight of my direction and goals?
  • Is there disconnect between where I am in life and where I want to be?
  • Do I feel disappointed or depressed about my relationships with family or friends?

During each session with your individualized plan, I will help you:

  • Discover and understand your most important life values and strengths
  • Create a vision of a life you would love to live
  • Face life’s day-to-day challenges with a greater sense of purpose
  • Manage stress more effectively and develop a greater sense of inner calm
  • Learn how to overcome or block fears and hesitations that are holding you back from living a life you love
  • Learn how to combine your strengths and passions to make your professional and/or volunteer work more fulfilling
  • Become motivated and inspired to use your talents to benefit your own life and those of people around yo

I will introduce you to many useful tools, such as: visioning, goal setting, action plans, self-discovery, and relaxation/meditation exercises. As you grow and change, you will learn to use these tools to gain confidence, self-awareness, and overall health. You will start to feel comfortable just being yourself.

Among the topics we will discuss are your physical and emotional health, relationships, parenting, finances, grief, and spirituality.

Stress Management

 

You may have been told over the years to deal with your stress, but what are you supposed to do “to deal” with it? Just like stress is different for everyone, so are the best stress reduction techniques. 

To create an individualized plan that fits your unique lifestyle, we discuss in depth what your personal needs are. Through a combination of stress management strategies and time-tested techniques, you will learn breathing and relaxation exercises that will help you release stress and other built-up emotions out of your body. It will enhance healing, and help you feel more peaceful and fulfilled.

As a courtesy, I encourage you to record the exercises in our sessions so you can better practice at home.

During our sessions we will:

  • Pinpoint your main life stressors (work, relationships, health, finances, etc.) and examine how they are holding you back
  • Increase awareness of where in your body you feel and store your stress
  • Develop an individualized action plan to utilize stress management techniques
