How do I download an MP3?
1. An order confirmation screen that contains the link to the MP3 will appear after you complete your order.
2. Click on the link to download the MP3 to your phone.
3. You will see a download confirmation message. To listen to the MP3 right away, click the link in the message and enjoy the recording.
- To retrieve the MP3 to listen to at a later date, go to the music app on your phone. In the music app, open the Download file and look for the MP3 you purchased. Click on the file and enjoy the recording.

How do I calm my ‘monkey mind?’

For Individual Sessions: Clients who miss an appointment without providing notice will be charged the regular appointment fee, as will appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
In the event of a major, unexpected emergency, no charge will be made (not to exceed one time in 6 months).
There will be no charge for appointments cancelled due to dangerous travel conditions/weather.
Cancellation policies for courses and presentations: If I need to cancel the course or a class during the course due to circumstances beyond my control (for example a weather or family emergency) I will provide a full refund in the case of a course cancellation, and a rescheduled class in the case of a class cancellation.
If you are registered and have paid but because of a serious reason like a medical emergency can’t follow the course then you are welcome to follow another course of the same duration. This offer is valid for 12 months after the first session of the course. In order to claim this, contact me at 224.315.9507 or email@example.com. I do not provide partial refunds if you miss one or more classes during the course duration.
